The Plant Engineering Manager oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and equipment to maintain proper functionality and efficiency. This position is responsible for researching and developing new designs and projects to improve manufacturing processes, proposing budgets for projects, and overseeing all the activities related to each project.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm (Occasional weekends to support a 24/7 Site). 5% Travel. This position is eligible for bonus and long-term incentive compensation based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans.Job duties include contact with other employees and access to confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
