Plant Engineering Manager
Responsible for leading plant engineering, maintenance, reliability engineering, process engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversees the design, optimization, construction, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment and infrastructure while establishing standards, policies, and procedures. Drives operational excellence through Lean Six Sigma methodologies, reliability-centered maintenance, and process optimization to improve plant performance, asset reliability, product quality, and safety.

Minimum Qualifications:
6 Years- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, reliability engineering, or process engineering
6 Years- Experience in position or related leadership role
6 Years- Experience managing people and projects

Preferred Qualifications:
10+ Years- Experience in manufacturing or high-speed production environment
10+ Years- Experience in engineering, reliability, process engineering, or continuous improvement leadership
10+ Years- Experience managing people and cross-functional projects
