Your day, reimagined

Morning begins on the plant floor, where safety sets the tone. You join the daily maintenance huddle, align on priorities, and scan condition-based monitoring dashboards for early warning signs. Before lunch, you’re mapping out asset hierarchies and refining criticality scores. In the afternoon, you’re shoulder-to-shoulder with Maintenance and Engineering—facilitating an RCM/FMEA on a bad actor, coaching a planner through CMMS work-flow discipline, or advancing a lubrication excellence initiative. You wrap by publishing a concise performance report for plant leadership, highlighting trends, mitigations, and the next set of reliability experiments.

What you’ll lead

• Champion EHS practices—model safe behaviors, surface hazards, and drive mitigations.
• Own the build-out of a plant-wide reliability management system that raises equipment uptime and stability.
• Standardize practices across areas in partnership with Maintenance and Engineering.
• Lead and contribute to projects that elevate equipment and process performance.
• Participate in daily management and maintenance meetings to maintain alignment and momentum.
• Train engineers and craft personnel; brief leaders with crisp presentations and reports.

Tools and methods you’ll deploy

• Develop equipment/asset hierarchies and maintain data integrity.
• Facilitate criticality analysis and asset risk prioritization.
• Conduct RCM and FMEA on high-impact systems.
• Author and optimize maintenance plans and PM strategies.
• Coach disciplined CMMS and Work Management usage to strengthen planning and scheduling.
• Advance Lubrication Excellence in partnership with production centers and maintenance.
• Specify, procure, and apply predictive and condition-based monitoring technologies.

Additional impact

• Lead root cause analyses and hands-on troubleshooting.
• Create and refine queries, KPIs, and reports that drive continuous improvement.
• Provide timely data and insights for leaders’ decision-making.

Qualifications

Basic

• Bachelor’s degree in Reliability, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (accredited).
• 3+ years in manufacturing within Maintenance, Engineering, or Reliability.
• Proven track record delivering improvement projects as an individual contributor and as a project lead.
• Data analytics capability: data collection, transformation, analysis, summarization, and presentation.
• Thrives in both team-based collaboration and independent work.
• Clear, confident communication across shop floor, peers, and plant leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred

• CMRP certification.
• 5+ years in maintenance or reliability-focused roles.
• Depth in PM Optimization, CMMS configuration/training, CBM implementation, and lubrication practices.
• Experience applying Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methods.
