Plant Facilities Reliability Engineer

What you will own

• Reliability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of plant facilities systems and infrastructure
• End-to-end delivery of facilities projects, from concept through completion, using NX CAD
• Cross-functional collaboration with operations, maintenance, and engineering to ensure a safe, efficient site
• Progressive growth into environmental responsibilities with structured training and mentorship
• Identification and execution of improvements in efficiency, reliability, and sustainability

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• 5–8 years of facilities engineering experience
• Strong facilities foundation; environmental exposure is a plus, not required
• NX CAD proficiency or the ability to learn it quickly
• A self-starter mindset with strong independent problem-solving skills
