The Facilities Supervisor role is based in Taylor, MI, with local travel to nearby manufacturing sites (approx. 25%).
Schedule: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, with flexible start/end times.
Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance, supporting building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), leading technicians and janitorial staff, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance, and coordinating vendors. The role involves managing preventive maintenance via CMMS, collaborating with leadership and union reps, participating in on-call rotations, and supporting equipment moves.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in facilities or industrial maintenance, 3+ years supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of building systems. Experience with union teams, manufacturing environments, and CMMS tools is required. Preferred qualifications include automotive industry experience, technical certifications, and lean/5S familiarity.
