Own Safety and Quality

  • Model a zero-incident safety mindset—lead safety observations, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, company safety policies, and applicable state and local requirements.
  • Own the plant’s quality management system; drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality escapes.
  • Collaborate with quality to meet and sustain customer satisfaction targets.

  • Deliver cost reductions without sacrificing quality, safety, or culture.
