Position Overview This is an entry-level position but over time well train you on the skills youll need to grow into new roles or departments. In this role youll assist with daily plant operation and maintenance. If youve got the drive well help you to reach your goals.

Wage Starting at $19/hour DOE w potential for overtime

Key Responsibilities Operate equipment safely and efficiently within its designed parameters. Clean working areas around plant. Shovel excess materials from around conveyors and other areas generating frequent build up. Operate skid steer. Perform general clean-up and maintenance i.e. oiling greasing plant equipment duties as assigned. Assist other departments with maintenance operations and/or other duties as assigned to meet business needs. Promptly communicate with supervisors on any flaws in material. Take action to avoid potential hazards or obstructions. Regular and timely attendance. Participate in and promote an inclusive work environment.

Qualifications To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Minimum Qualifications A strong desire to grow and the willingness to learn and work a variety of job tasks and equipment. Demonstrates the ability to work independently without direct supervision and has a positive attitude. Safety minded professional who demonstrates good performance attendance and punctuality. Demonstrates the ability to work overtime and weekends/holidays as needed. Demonstrates the ability to conform to and maintain OSHA MSHA DOT and all other company or state rules and regulations. Must pass pre-employment physical exam and pre-employment controlled substance testing. Must have current US Authorization to work or ability to obtain without company assistance prior to start date.

Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts outside weather conditions and vibration. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Primarily work 8 - 12 hours per day, 5-7 days per week during the peak season, occasional night work.
