What You'll Be Doing
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plant equipment to support safe and efficient operations
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime
Inspect machinery and identify maintenance needs before they affect production
Assist with the installation, alignment, and testing of plant equipment and components
Follow safety procedures and maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records
What Are We Looking For
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices, tools, and safety standards
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work instructions
Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
