Plant Maintenance Mechanic, CMMS Specialist — Commerce, OK

Role Snapshot

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Availability: On call 24/7 to address urgent maintenance concerns
• Environment: Cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and external vendors

Core Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain industrial machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
• Perform scheduled and ad-hoc inspections to spot issues early and resolve them promptly.
• Respond to maintenance tickets from various departments with urgency and professionalism.
• Fabricate, assemble, and install components and parts as needed.
• Leverage a CMMS to manage work orders and document all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure operational continuity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Strengths

• Proficiency in metal fabrication and part installation using diverse shop tools and equipment.
• Working knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance documentation best practices.
• Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving capability.
• Strong customer service skills when interacting with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
