What will I lead?
You’ll oversee industrial maintenance for facility and production equipment—planning work, assigning resources, and guiding technicians. You’ll implement strategies that improve reliability, quality, and safety while optimizing cost.
Which systems are in scope?
Both mechanical systems and electrical infrastructure, including high and low voltage equipment. You’ll coordinate safe execution and compliance for all related activities.
How do projects fit in?
You identify and manage projects from concept through commissioning—scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and delivering outcomes that reduce downtime and enhance capacity.
How will success be measured?

What experience do I need?
- 4‑year degree in a related discipline or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- 6–8 years in Maintenance; prior leadership preferred; manufacturing background is a plus.
- Demonstrated strength in process improvement, planning, decision making, and quality management.
- Experience leading people—delegation, coordination, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Exceptional analytical and creative problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working autonomously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a maintenance management software (CMMS).
Where will I focus my time?
- Maintenance Support: Prioritize work, execute PM/PdM plans, and respond to equipment issues swiftly.
- Identify & Manage Projects: Build cases, secure resources, and lead implementation to close gaps in safety, quality, capacity, and cost.
- Process Improvements: Simplify workflows, eliminate waste, and raise standards to stabilize results.
- Leadership: Set direction, communicate expectations, and reinforce safe, reliable methods.
- Personnel Management: Coach and develop technicians, manage staffing and schedules, and drive accountability.
- IMSU/EHS: Maintain compliance, documentation, and readiness for audits and inspections.
