Are you the go-to fixer everyone calls first?
If chasing down faults, interpreting schematics, and getting equipment back online is your thing, step into our on-site role in Commerce, CA 90040. You’ll protect uptime across automated lines, from PLC logic to VFD tuning, from hydraulics and pneumatics to conveyors and servo systems.
Your impact from week one
- Keep machinery reliable through preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.
- Perform safety and compliance inspections, documenting findings thoroughly.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, including work on high-voltage circuits.
- Identify PLC and VFD faults (Allen-Bradley) and implement durable fixes.
- Maintain, repair, and optimize hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor equipment.
- Record all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts consumed.
- Respond rapidly to calls and line-down events with a root-cause mindset.
- Assist with installing, wiring, and starting up new equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with teammates to streamline processes and increase throughput.
- Keep the shop and surrounding areas neat, labeled, and ready for action.
Do you have
- Experience as a maintenance technician or industrial mechanic?
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems?
- The ability to read manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics?
- A track record of precise troubleshooting and attention to detail?
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach?
- Flexibility to support varying hours, including weekends if required?
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation?
