Plant Manager 1

The Plant Manager will oversee all operations at the Atlanta Plant, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a laundry processing facility, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and complex projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations of the plant, ensuring production targets are met.
