We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our Warping and Knitting manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and on-time delivery while leading a high-performing production team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily warping and knitting operations.
  • Ensure production, quality, safety, and delivery goals are achieved.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs including OEE, scrap, downtime, and productivity.
  • Develop and mentor supervisors and production teams.
  • Partner with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
  • 3+ years managing warping and knitting operations.
  • Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, yarn preparation, warping, and knitting technologies.
  • Experience leading large production teams.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP and manufacturing systems.
  • Experience in automotive textiles or technical textile manufacturing.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience with ISO/IATF quality systems.
  • Multi-shift manufacturing leadership experience.
