    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide leadership and direction across all departments while promoting Alexandria Industries' values and servant leadership culture.  
    • Develop and execute strategic business objectives, operational plans, and departmental goals. 
    • Manage budgets, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support quality-focused manufacturing processes, including APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and DFM.
    • Ensure departments are appropriately staffed and equipped to meet production and customer requirements.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, and community partners. 
    • Support employee development through coaching, training, and engagement initiatives. 

    Qualifications

    • Associate degree in Machine Tool Technology or related field. 
    • 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. 
    • 5+ years of precision machining and manufacturing application experience. 
    • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills. 
    • Experience driving process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and manufacturing data systems. 
    • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.

    Compensation: $80,000 - $103,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
