Plant Manager

Our client, an industry leader in agricultural processing, is seeking a Plant Manager to join their team. As a Plant Manager, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence and team leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Plant Manager

Pay Range:$130,000 - $155,000

What's the Job?

• Lead and motivate a team to meet production goals and operational standards.
• Oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Manage quality control processes to meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and supervise preventative maintenance programs to optimize equipment uptime.
• Coordinate capital expenditures and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Management, Business, or Engineering.
• 15 years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations.
• Understanding of manufacturing technologies and safety programs.
• Knowledge of environmental compliance standards and requirements.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
