Plant Manager

The Plant Manager will oversee operations at a single industrial manufacturing facility, reporting directly to the CEO. This role is responsible for leading production teams to achieve high efficiency, quality, and safety standards. A key focus is driving continuous improvement initiatives through effective resource allocation, compliance monitoring, and ensuring optimal performance of plant machinery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production activities to meet operational targets
• Maintain rigorous quality assurance standards
• Lead and develop production teams for peak performance
• Implement and enforce comprehensive safety protocols
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Train staff, run shift huddles, and mentor team leads on problem-solving
• Monitor and ensure regulatory compliance and internal standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing management
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Lean Manufacturing experience
