The Plant Manager at CJ Acquisitions is responsible for the day to day operations. 

  • Supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Machine Operators, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor workflow and production schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance to upper management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Production Schedulers, Quality, and Engineers to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct employee training and maintain accurate training records, ensuring all training is signed off, complete, and that employees fully understand the operational procedures.
  • Assess staffing needs and assist with interviews for open positions.
  • Assist with annual employee performance reviews.
  • Determine overtime needs.
