We’re partnering with a Tier 1 manufacturer to hire a Multi-Site Plant Operations Manager to lead high-volume operations across multiple plants. You’ll own performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and OEE—while building a culture people actually want to be part of.

What You Bring:

• Plant Manager / Sr. Ops / GM-level experience
• High-volume manufacturing (automotive preferred)
• Multi-site leadership (or ready for it)
• Proven ability to drive results through people—not around them
