Equipment Maintenance: Direct maintenance personnel to perform preventative maintenance and resolve complex machinery failures.Safety & Compliance: Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with safety standards and internal operational protocols.Team Leadership: Train, coach, and evaluate production staff to foster a performance-based culture centered on accountability and teamwork.Continuous Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing initiatives and best practices to improve throughput, quality control, and cost efficiency.
