Hours – 7 am – 4pm

Plant Manager Scope - Manage workflow in the plant
- Maintain cleanliness of plant. (Instruct and oversee procedures to maintain a safe work environment)
- Provide input/feedback from observations of workflow. (Maintain a lean production flow, are there other means to improve, are the personnel in their best suited positions)
- Record inventory & collaborate with PM’s and OM for material needs. (This will also include project forecast needs)
- Maintenance oversight- depends on machinery, want to make sure the team is performing the upkeep and they need to have an understanding of what it takes to maintain equipment
