Plant Manager
Salary up to $200,000 + Bonus + Benefits in Eastern Tennessee
Lead a small plant with a full accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People. This Plant Manager role owns site execution to achieve operating leverage while delivering multiple successful program launches that increase volume and absorption. Key outcomes include meeting EBITDA and cash flow targets, improving material effectiveness, ensuring on-time delivery, and strengthening customer performance in a lean, high material-content cost environment. As the Plant Manager, your responsibilities will be:
·Own full-site SQDCP performance aligned to strategy and the operating plan
·Lead financial recovery, budgeting, variance analysis, and cost-to-serve improvements
·Partner across Finance, HR, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams
·Drive lean improvements that reduce waste, downtime, and variation
·Ensure effective launch management (Run-at-Rate, PFMEA, PPAP, change control)
·Develop leaders, build accountability, and foster a strong safety and performance culture.
Minimum qualifications for this Plant Manager position:
·Bachelor’s degree but will look at highly equivalent experience
·At least 7 years in high-volume manufacturing, heavy industrial, leadership across production, engineering, quality, or supply chain
·Proven results in launch execution, cost recovery, and operational excellence
·Strong grasp of IATF disciplines, 8D/A3 problem solving, and Lean/TPS concepts
·Financial and KPI fluency
·Thorough understanding of MS Office, ERP/MRP and BI tools.
