L&M Corrugated Container Corp. is looking for a passionate, hands-on Plant Manager to lead operations at our Platteville facility. What You’ll Do
As Plant Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day plant operations while driving continuous improvement across production, safety, quality, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery
  • Develop and coach supervisors and production teams to achieve operational goals
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase throughput, reduce waste, and improve productivity
  • Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions when needed
  • Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence
  • Allocate labor, equipment, and resources effectively to maximize plant performance
  • Partner with leadership to execute strategic initiatives and long-term operational goals
  • Oversee scheduling, maintenance, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and production workflows
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Analyze operational data and metrics to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Support employee engagement, performance management, and team development
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production setting
  • Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in corrugated packaging or related manufacturing industries
  • Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement training
  • Experience with ERP or production management systems (Amtech experience is a plus)
  • College degree preferred
