Currently recruiting for a plant manager position located in the Portland, Oregon area. Seeking candidates with a background in the metals manufacturing industry with experience fully running a Profit and Loss statement. Candidates will be responsible for running a single plant location, managing production staff and schedules, and allocating resources for capital expenditures. Experience with Lean Six Sigma is also a plus. This position has a salary up to $170,000 with up to a 40% bonus, a $10,000 car allowance, and excellent benefits.
