What You'll Be Doing
Overseeing daily plant operations to ensure production efficiency and quality.
Leading and developing a team of plant employees to achieve company goals.
Implementing and maintaining safety and environmental compliance programs.
Managing budgets, cost control, and optimizing resource allocation.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.

What We Offer
Competitive base salary - $86,850 - $115,797
