Opportunity to Lead a Growing Manufacturing Operation
About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished operations leader to oversee manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, quality, and continuous improvement functions within a growing industrial organization. This role will be responsible for driving operational performance, developing leadership teams, and implementing strategies that support long-term growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate has a proven background leading complex manufacturing operations and delivering measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, quality, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Provide strategic direction for manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, and quality operations
- Drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives
- Establish accountability measures and operational best practices throughout the organization
- Develop capacity plans to support growth while maintaining operational efficiency
Continuous Improvement
- Lead Lean and process improvement initiatives across the facility
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement sustainable solutions
- Improve throughput, labor utilization, and overall equipment effectiveness
- Champion data-driven decision making and performance management
Supply Chain & Inventory Management
- Oversee production planning, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics functions
- Improve material flow and inventory accuracy while supporting customer demand
- Partner with suppliers and internal teams to strengthen operational performance
- Optimize working capital through effective inventory management strategies
Leadership & Organizational Development
- Build, coach, and develop high-performing leadership teams
- Strengthen succession planning and employee engagement initiatives
- Foster a culture centered on accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives and operational goals
Qualifications
Experience
- Extensive leadership experience within manufacturing, industrial, or production environments
- Proven success leading multi-functional operations including manufacturing, supply chain, and warehousing
- Experience driving operational improvements, productivity gains, and cost reduction initiatives
- Background managing large teams and developing leadership talent
Leadership Skills
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities
- Experience leading organizational change and continuous improvement efforts
- Ability to influence, motivate, and align cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent leadership experience will be considered

Work Environment
This role operates within a manufacturing environment and requires regular interaction with production, warehouse, and operational teams. Exposure to industrial equipment, varying temperatures, and manufacturing conditions is expected.
