Key Responsibilities

• Production Management - Take charge of the daily operations, where your strategic vision will shape production plans that align with demand forecasts. • Quality Assurance - Be the guardian of excellence! You'll implement robust quality control procedures to guarantee that every product meets stringent FDA and ISO 13485 standards. Your investigative mindset will shine as you tackle any quality issues head-on, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
• Regulatory Compliance - Navigate the complex landscape of regulations with confidence. You'll ensure our plant not only meets but exceeds compliance standards, preparing for inspections and audits with meticulous documentation. Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business management, or a related field.
• Ten years of manufacturing experience, especially in the medical devices sector.
• Proven leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality control and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
