Licenses and Certificates Possession of a valid Oklahoma Class D Drivers License Possession of a Class B" Commercial Drivers License with applicable endorsements within six 6 months from date of hire with some positions within this classification requiring a Class A" CDL with applicable endorsements within six 6 months from date of hire Possession of an applicable Class "D" WaterWastewater License as issued by the Department of Environmental Quality DEQ within eighteen 9 months of hire Possession of a valid Electrical Mechanical or Plumbing apprentice license issue by the State of Oklahoma within 9 months of hire Possession of Hazwoper 40 hours training certification within 9 months Water Plant Mechanics Only Refer to the Plant Mechanic progression criterion document for additional requirements.
