Our heritage
Founded in 1939 by Gottlieb Dietz, a skilled German sausage maker, Dietz & Watson has always prioritized taste and quality. By using old-world techniques, fresh lean meats like beef, ham, pork, turkey breast, and chicken breast, and the finest natural spices from around the world, the company built a reputation for excellence. Today, the fourth generation continues to exceed government standards and pursues both perfection and originality, crafting premium deli meats and artisan, hand-churned, small-batch cheeses—still guided by the promise of “quality above all.”
Military experience welcomed.
