About the Role: We have a current opening for a Plant Operating Planning Manager and are actively reviewing applications.
Manages Plant operating planning across all the brands/categories produced in Augusta plant, ensuring scheduling is in place, operative material management (call offs and day-to-day supplier relationship both for Packaging & Raw Materials) and short-term manpower availability.
Steers plant industrial planning service directly interacting with all the planning entities (supply planning and demand planning) and local Supply Chain team for the allocated production on the plant.
The Manager will provide leadership and input into the processes of training and the development of a positive team-based environment.
Enforce and promote all company guidelines, policies and good manufacturing practices pertaining to all facets of the business, not limited to and including food safety and health & safety.
