What challenges will you tackle?
- Keep the production area spotless and safe.
- Run your equipment—and the auxiliary systems that support it—inside defined run conditions.
- Pull and evaluate samples to verify quality; make on-the-spot adjustments within limits.
- Push for maximum safe line speeds and consistent productivity across assigned machines.
- Record every action completely and accurately on production, receiving, QC, and assigned paperwork.
- Immediately alert the crew leader/shift supervisor to safety, mechanical, or operational issues.
- Pitch in on other priorities as assigned by your supervisor.
Can you step up as a Training/Relief Operator?
- Relieve operators for breaks and assist during changeovers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve most operational problems.
- Explain instructions clearly and help train teammates.
Do these strengths describe you?
- You read and write clear production notes in English with legible handwriting and proper grammar.
- You follow SOPs and Hose Specifications tied to batch cards/run conditions.
- You’re fluent in basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
- You can drive a forklift safely.
Can you meet the physical demands?
- Lift machine parts up to 50 lbs.
- Move/control hose reels up to 1,200 lbs as often as 50 times per shift.
- Remove and reassemble tooling using basic hand tools; handle routine mechanical tasks.
- Work in summer heat up to 15°F above outside temperatures.
- Bend, stoop, and lift hose, tools, and other items up to 25 times per shift.

This is full-time, hands-on manufacturing. Being on time—every time—keeps the team safe and productive. Depending on business needs, mandatory overtime may extend past your scheduled shift or add extra hours outside your normal schedule.
