Job Details
Key Responsibilities: • Inspect, operate, and repair hospital, clinical, kitchen, and office equipment to ensure proper performance and safety. • Diagnose and repair system malfunctions for boilers, water heaters, pumps, valves, and related mechanical systems. • Adjust and maintain steam, water, and combustion systems to meet operational standards. • Test and treat boiler water, maintaining accurate chemical and maintenance records. • Perform plumbing system repairs, including steam, water, and gas lines. • Document maintenance work and submit repair procedures for major issues to the Plant Operations Foreman.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably in a healthcare environment. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
