    The Order Administrator - Plant provides essential administrative support to the Planning Department and other office functions. This role is responsible for performing a variety of office administrative tasks, including scanning and electronically filing assembly documentation, as well as providing backup support for Planning personnel during absences. The primary focus of this position is serving as the main backup for the current order administrator, ensuring continuity of order processing activities through the creation, processing, and distribution of production paperwork to the assembly floor in support of efficient manufacturing operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, copying, and document preparation.
    • Serve as backup support for Planning Department team members during vacations, absences, and peak workload periods.
    • Act as the primary backup for the Order Administrator, maintaining continuity of order processing and related administrative functions.
    • Create, print, and distribute production order paperwork to the assembly floor in a timely manner.
    • Verify order documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to release.
    • Assist in tracking production orders and responding to inquiries regarding order status and documentation.
    • Scan, organize, and electronically file assembly paperwork to maintain accurate digital records.
    • Manage document retention and retrieval to ensure information is easily accessible and properly archived.
    • Perform other administrative and planning support duties as assigned.

    HIRING SALARY RANGE: $43,000 - $59,000(Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
