Production Scheduler

Build and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. Balance machine capacity, labor availability, materials, and customer priorities. Coordinate production flow across printing, converting, and shipping operations. Adjust schedules to address machine downtime, material shortages, and rush orders. Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Purchasing, Production, and Shipping teams to meet delivery commitments. Analyze bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve throughput and efficiency. Maintain ERP data, monitor KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate production status, risks, and recovery plans to key stakeholders.

The successful applicant will have 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations. Strong ERP/MRP system knowledge and advanced Excel skills are required. Experience balancing production demands in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is necessary. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities are essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities are required. A bachelor's degree is preferred.

What's on offer includes a base salary $80,000 - $95,000 depending on experience, 3 weeks PTO, 1 week sick time, 3 floating holidays, 401k with employer match, and health benefits thru BCBS.
