Plant Quality Control Operator
Location: Uxbridge, MA
Pay Rate: $23 per hour

What Youll Do
As a Quality Control Operator, youll play a critical role in ensuring every product leaving our facility meets Unilocks high quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
- Test raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company specifications.
- Identify, document, and communicate product defects or process inconsistencies.
- Measure products using inspection and quality control equipment.
- Work closely with production operators and supervisors to maintain product consistency and manufacturing efficiency.
- Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow all company safety policies, quality procedures, and standard operating practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to recognize variations in product quality and color.
- Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Basic knowledge of measuring devices and quality inspection techniques.
- General understanding of proper tool use and maintenance.
- Previous manufacturing or quality control experience.
- Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC), Root Cause Analysis, Lean Manufacturing, or 5S principles.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive motions.
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
