- Title: Plant Reliability and Automation Supervisor
- Location: Douglassville, PA
- Compensation: $46–$48/hr (experience-based) + year-end bonus
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:30pm (schedule can vary)

Top responsibilities
- Coordinate and direct daily maintenance: preventive, corrective, and emergency work across all shifts.
- Schedule and track work orders within the CMMS.
- Plan and supervise shutdowns, new equipment installations, and vendor activities.
- Coach, train, and develop maintenance technicians to raise team capability.
- Enforce safety standards and LOTO compliance.
- Lead rapid response during breakdowns; triage and prioritize repairs to cut downtime.
- Manage spare parts and maintenance supplies inventory.
- Interface with PLCs and VFDs via laptop tools to diagnose faults and monitor I/O; support production troubleshooting.
- Drive root cause analysis on chronic mechanical/electrical failures.
- Assist with welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications.
- Oversee contractors, vendors, and service providers on site.
- Continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of heavy industrial maintenance experience.
- 2+ years in a lead or supervisor capacity (preferred).
- Expert troubleshooting on automated manufacturing equipment—mechanical and electrical.
- Hands-on welding and fabrication background.
- Industrial electrical experience with PLCs/plant automation (preferred).
- Ability to support multiple shifts as needed.
- Fluency with Microsoft Office, CMMS, and ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
