Available Positions & Compensation

• Maintenance Technician (2nd & 3rd Shift) — $35.00–$42.00/hr
  • Troubleshoot and repair production machinery
  • Work with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs
  • Industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
• Electrical Technician (2nd & 3rd Shift) — $35.00–$42.00/hr
  • Diagnose industrial electrical issues and controls faults
  • Hands-on with motors, drives, sensors, PLCs, and 480V systems
  • Read electrical schematics and blueprints
  • Support overall equipment reliability and uptime
• Maintenance Supervisor (1st Shift) — Around $100,000/year
  • Lead a maintenance team and allocate resources
  • Oversee repairs, PM schedules, and projects
  • Assist with mechanical/electrical troubleshooting
  • Improve reliability metrics and team performance
