Description

Where and when: Richmond, VA • Sunday–Wednesday • 4:00 AM–2:30 PM • $27.38/hour + excellent benefits

Your impact

  • Safety leadership: Follow all safety rules and identify hazards; use LOTO and corrective actions to maintain a safe workplace.
  • Preventive discipline: Execute inspections and planned PMs to extend equipment life.
  • Rapid troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical faults quickly and effectively.
  • Operations partnership: Coordinate with other teams to optimize equipment availability and performance.
  • Traceability: Log inspections, repairs, and PMs with complete, accurate records.
  • Knowledge sharing: Collaborate with peers and provide guidance to junior technicians.
  • Adaptability: Perform other related maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical credentials preferred.
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment (or equivalent).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and solid understanding of mechanical/electrical fundamentals.
  • Foundational electrical troubleshooting; proficient with hand tools.
  • Team-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
  • Physically able to perform all aspects of the role.
  • Capable of operating forklifts and scissor lifts.
  • Flexible availability, including potential weekends and holidays.
