Your impact
- Safety leadership: Follow all safety rules and identify hazards; use LOTO and corrective actions to maintain a safe workplace.
- Preventive discipline: Execute inspections and planned PMs to extend equipment life.
- Rapid troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical faults quickly and effectively.
- Operations partnership: Coordinate with other teams to optimize equipment availability and performance.
- Traceability: Log inspections, repairs, and PMs with complete, accurate records.
- Knowledge sharing: Collaborate with peers and provide guidance to junior technicians.
- Adaptability: Perform other related maintenance tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical credentials preferred.
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment (or equivalent).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and solid understanding of mechanical/electrical fundamentals.
- Foundational electrical troubleshooting; proficient with hand tools.
- Team-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
- Physically able to perform all aspects of the role.
- Capable of operating forklifts and scissor lifts.
- Flexible availability, including potential weekends and holidays.
