When you arrive at 7405 Page Ave, St. Louis, MO for your 10:00 PM start, you step into a multi-craft role where your expertise keeps a complex operation humming. You’ll weld, troubleshoot boilers and HVAC systems, trace electrical distribution issues, and keep controls and mechanical assets reliable across the plant. You’ll also support the storeroom so every part and tool is where it needs to be—ready for the next repair or install.

Your first 2–4 weeks? You’ll train on 1st and split shifts to learn our systems and processes, then move to your regular Monday–Friday 10:00 PM–6:30 AM schedule. This is a direct, full-time hire with pay at $37.41 per hour plus a $0.75 shift differential and bonus, on a bi-weekly pay schedule.

  • Support the Storeroom under supervisor direction: receive parts/tools/labels/supplies against purchase orders; maintain inventory records (bin cards, requisitions, employee issue files); generate purchase requisitions for approval; uphold cGMP and ISO recordkeeping; keep the area and equipment clean.
  • Operate moving equipment with care to protect people, materials, and property.
  • Follow critical safety procedures at all times, including lockout/tagout, confined space entry, and fall protection.
  • Remove and transfer accumulated hazardous waste from maintenance areas to the designated storage area as needed for repair activities.
  • Stock maintenance inventory and production supplies to ensure readiness.
  • Execute a wide range of construction, repair, and troubleshooting tasks across the facility.
  • Demonstrate strong safety habits and solid diagnostic skills every shift.

  • Demonstrated skill in: industrial electronics, welding, pipefitting, carpentry, shop machine operation, pump and boiler repair, and HVAC (via education or experience).
  • Ability to perform basic rescue and life-saving duties when serving as the safety backup; company-provided CPR training/certification required and you’re willing and able to complete it.

Preferred
