Location: Bensenville, IL
Pay: $70,000-$80,000
Second Shift Hours: 3pm-11pm
Responsibilities:
- Ensure on-time shift start-up and meet all scheduled production requirements.
- Oversee completion and accuracy of production documentation; address productivity and quality issues promptly.
- Manage direct reports, including performance oversight, coaching, and development.
- Promote productive work habits and support employees’ professional growth.
- Provide training for team members on current processes and upcoming operational requirements.
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards, including Federal, State, and OSHA requirements.
- Lead safety enforcement, investigate incidents, and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate corrective actions for customer issues, internal concerns, and employee matters.
- Ensure adherence to company policies regarding attendance, safety, conduct, and emergency procedures.
- Support continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing production efficiency, quality, and workplace organization.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a Plant Supervisor.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing, coaching, and developing direct reports.
- Knowledge of business processes and plant operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
