Here's the Role:

We are seeking to find an four seasonal ambitious candidates for our open Plant Support Worker position! Support our operations team in an entry-level, hands-on role. Under direct supervision, you will perform general facility upkeep, which includes lawn mowing, equipment washdowns, and equipment monitoring. Step into a dynamic coal-fired power plant environment where you can grow your skills through day-to-day tasks and comprehensive on the job training. How You’ll Contribute:
  • Safely perform equipment monitoring and rounds to enhance unit reliability.
  • Safely perform plant clean-up in assigned work areas.
  • Through all assigned scopes, abide by strict safety and environmental regulations.  
How You’re Qualified:
  • Zero or more years of experience in building maintenance, or other relevant experience.
  • Driver's license
How You’ll Stand Out:
  • Ability to adhere to critical safety protocols. 
  • Effective communication between internal stakeholders. 
  • Experience in a coal-fired power plant. 
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
