We are seeking to find an four seasonal ambitious candidates for our open Plant Support Worker position! Support our operations team in an entry-level, hands-on role. Under direct supervision, you will perform general facility upkeep, which includes lawn mowing, equipment washdowns, and equipment monitoring. How You’ll Contribute:
- Safely perform equipment monitoring and rounds to enhance unit reliability.
- Safely perform plant clean-up in assigned work areas.
- Through all assigned scopes, abide by strict safety and environmental regulations.
How You’re Qualified:
- Zero or more years of experience in building maintenance, or other relevant experience.
- Driver's license
How You’ll Stand Out:
- Ability to adhere to critical safety protocols.
- Effective communication between internal stakeholders.
- Experience in a coal-fired power plant.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
