Pay: $23.17 - $29.00 per hour (Depending on Experience and On-Site Interview)
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking motivated individuals with experience in steel manufacturing or general warehouse work.
Responsibilities:
Package materials strictly adhering to shop orders, packaging profiles, or custom instructions.
Maintain inventory counts for essential supplies (banding, seals, edge protectors, paper separators, skids).
Inspect and measure materials using required tools across both production and shipping departments.
Perform other production and shipping duties assigned by supervisors or managers.

Strong commitment to workplace safety at all times.
Positive attitude, robust work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Availability: Must be available to work overtime as needed.
Communication & Literacy:
Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety rules, operating instructions, procedure manuals, and shipping documents.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to complete production paperwork, inspection reports, and respond quickly to real-time situations.
Mathematical & Measurement Skills:
Proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Ability to accurately read and interpret a standard tape measure.
Problem Solving: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions.
Physical Demands: Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching.
