Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain department Standard Operating Procedures, Standard Work Instructions, and training materials to promote excellence. This includes the governance detailed in company processes and documentation. Where possible, these should align to industry Best Practice
Be an active participant in Scrum calls as required.
Support the ongoing development of Planview knowledge management and transfer, including the creation, enhancement and retirement of knowledge articles and documentation.
Ensure the maximum utilization of the Planview technology platforms to deliver Stakeholder Satisfaction, increase process maturity and cost optimization.
