Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Plasma Operator PM to join a fast-paced production team in Tulsa, OK. This role is ideal for someone with plasma cutting experience who takes pride in precision work, quality production, and working as part of a strong manufacturing team. The ideal Plasma Operator PM candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with CNC plasma cutting equipment in an industrial shop environment.

What You ll Be Doing
Operate Burny 10 CNC plasma cutting systems with Hypertherm HPR260XD equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, production drawings, and work instructions
Follow production schedules and supervisor direction to meet daily output goals
Perform quality checks to ensure precision and accuracy
Measure materials using tape measures, calipers, and related tools
Safely operate overhead cranes and material handling equipment, including suction lifts and magnets
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
Required Experience & Skills
Ability to read and understand blueprints and production drawings
Proficiency with measuring tools including tape measures and calipers
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to follow instructions and meet production goals consistently
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to use stairs and move throughout the shop as needed
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
Preferred Qualifications
Previous CNC plasma cutting experience
Experience with Burny or Hypertherm plasma systems
Experience operating overhead cranes or industrial material handling equipment
