SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Plasma Table Assembly in Belvidere, IL. As an assembler, you are responsible for assembling Iron Worker machines and related products, via blueprints, bill of materials, photos and job notes,

Available shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Overtime is available
Responsibilities of the Plasma Table Assembler: - Able to use measuring devices, (dial indicators, calipers, precision levels).
- Knowledge of pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of thermal cutting preferred.
- Able to read a bill of materials to assemble laser machines.
- Able to use a variety of hand tools (hammers, wrenches, allen wrenches, sockets, torque wrenches).
- Able to use power tools (magnetic drills, electric or pneumatic grinders).
- Able to use cranes, chains and slings.
- Able to utilize forklift.
Required Qualifications of the Plasma Table Assembler: - Demonstrated mechanical aptitude; employer is willing to train qualified candidates.
- Currently enrolled in an industrial trade program or a recent Trade/Technical School graduate.
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance.
