Shift Options: 1st Shift OR 3rd Shift (Your choice!)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate plasma cutting equipment according to drawings and work orders.
Adjust cutting parameters, fixtures, and materials for optimal precision.
Load, unload, and stage raw materials and finished parts safely.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic equipment troubleshooting.
Conduct quality checks using tape measures, calipers, and precision gauges.
Maintain complete production documentation and a clean, safe workstation.
Requirements:
Proven experience operating plasma cutting tools (CNC plasma experience is a plus).
Ability to read basic blueprints, work orders, and measuring tools.
Hands-on experience performing basic preventive maintenance on machinery.
Strong safety focus, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.
Pluses: Vocational training/certification in fabrication/welding, OSHA safety cards, or deburring/grinding experience.
