Job Description:
Review production orders and written job requirements.
Gather the proper materials for each production run.
Set up tooling within extrusion and expansion process parameters.
Set up and operate extrusion, expansion, and auxiliary equipment.
Monitor production lines to ensure product quality and efficiency.
Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain specifications.
Inspect finished products for quality and conformance.
Troubleshoot equipment and production issues.
Complete required production and quality documentation.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Qualification:
Previous plastic extrusion experience preferred.
CNC setup or machine setup experience is highly transferable.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
