Plastic Injection Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine Tender (Plastic Injection Molding)

Hours & Location: Berea, OH

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–12:00am (training on 2nd shift)
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:30pm–8:00am (training starts on 1st shift for 4–8 weeks)
Breaks: 30-minute lunch

Pay & Benefits:

$16.75–$17.25/hr (based on shift)
Contract-to-hire with a clear raise path: +$0.50/hr when hired in, plus pay reviews at 6 months and 1 year (annual reviews after)
After hire-in: medical plan, dental, vision, 401(k) with 4% match, short-term disability, life insurance, paid holidays, and vacation (1 week after year one)
Overtime is typically available during the week

Job Responsibilities:

Tend pre-set plastic injection molding machines (often 2–3 machines at a time)
Remove parts from bins, separate runners/sprues from finished parts, and sort into the correct containers
Inspect parts for defects to maintain quality standards
Keep your station organized and follow safety procedures (safety glasses provided)

Required Qualifications:

Reliable attendance and a steady, team-focused attitude
Comfortable with repetitive work and staying in one area (about 80% standing / 20% sitting)
Able to lift 5–10 lbs as needed
Willing to learn—training is provided to help you feel confident in the role
