Join our committed team at an innovative, custom plastic injection molding company, where you'll oversee and contribute to our third-shift operations. This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity within a stable, ISO-certified company with a diverse client base and state-of-the-art machinery, most of which is under four years old. Our team members are highly valued, as evidenced by an average tenure of over a decade.
Expect to lead a dedicated group of three production employees, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards while fostering a collaborative environment. You’ll also be directly involved in machinery setup, operational troubleshooting, and improvement of production processes. Responsibilities include setting up molds, managing material usage, and performing essential maintenance tasks to uphold our high-quality standards. The position requires diligent effort, adaptability, and willingness to lead by example.
Candidates should bring at least two years of experience in both setting up and troubleshooting plastic injection molds. A solid career history and commitment to a consistent work schedule, ideally within a 45-minute commute, are essential. U.S. citizenship or a Green Card is required. This full-time, non-remote role offers competitive benefits without relocation assistance.
