Description

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary at any time.

Must be able to work 11 p.m. until 7 a.m.

1. Receive and put away incoming material

2. Scan and deliver material to proper presses to ensure material is ready for production

3. Refill and set up material at the presses during production runs

4. Receive and put away pallets and manage pallet inventory and delivery schedules.

5. Receive and put away boxes

6. Cycle count Raw material inventory on an ongoing basis to ensure accuracy.

7. Transfer finished product to the warehouse

8. Collect and remove garbage from plant floor areas and deliver to dumpsters

9. Communicate with company employees in a positive, team-oriented manner

10. Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping and standards



1. Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or materials handling roles.

2. Hands-on experience operating forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely.

3. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.

4. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, OSHA safety standards, and construction or industrial environments is preferred

5. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift.

6. Prior experience in warehouse supervision or management is a plus.

7. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking and inventory control.



Compensation details: 20-21 Hourly Wage
