Job Opportunity: Plastic Surgeon

We are seeking a talented Plastic Surgeon to join our expanding team of Dermatologists and Aesthetic Providers at our organization in Lake Oswego. Our newly designed facility emphasizes aesthetics and benefits from strong patient referrals from our Dermatology specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct consultations with patients prior to surgical procedures.
  • Guide patients on optimal surgical options and discuss potential risks.
  • Perform surgical procedures and manage patient follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with a team of Dermatologists to ensure aesthetic oversight within the practice.

The perfect candidate will possess experience in both aesthetic and reconstructive surgical techniques, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a residency program.
  • Additional training in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on surgical experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of patient aftercare and wound management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, including call coverage, consultations, pre-operative and post-operative care.
